State Council is where we get together to debate policy, and to hear from a Guest Speaker.

On this occasion, we'll be listening to Prof. George Kallis.

George is a Professor of Management and Law at the University of Notre Dame. He is the Executive Chairperson of the M. G. Kallis Group, one of the largest fishing and marine businesses in Australia, and he is the Director of the WA Fishing Industries Council.
